A. Information you provide
Depending on how you use the Site, you may provide:
- Contact information: name, email, phone number, city/state/ZIP code
- Care-related information (optional): type of care needed, preferred start timeframe, service location, schedule needs, and other details you choose to share (which may be considered “sensitive” in some states)
- Caregiver/job interest information: experience, availability, work preferences, and other application details
- Agency/business information (B2B): agency name, role/title, service areas, intake preferences, and business contact details

C. Information from partners
If you engage with an Agency Partner after being introduced via ScaleCare, we may receive limited status updates (for example, whether contact was made or whether services were scheduled) to improve matching and quality.
3) How We Use Your Information

- Connect you with one or more Agency Partners that may be able to serve your needs
- Contact you about next steps (including via phone, email, and SMS if you provided your number and consented where required)
- Improve Site performance, user experience, lead qualification, and service quality
- Provide support and maintain internal records
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with law and enforce our policies
4) How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed, including:
A. With Agency Partners (matching/referral)
If you submit a request for care (or caregiver interest), we may share your information with relevant Agency Partners so they can contact you. After an Agency Partner receives your information, their handling of it is governed by their privacy practices.
B. With service providers
We may share information with vendors that help us operate (e.g., website hosting, analytics, CRM, communications tools). They may use information only to provide services to ScaleCare.
C. For legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security (including investigating suspected fraud or abuse).
D. Business transfers
If ScaleCare is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
